How long does shipping take?

Because we ship across multiple regions, delivery times depend entirely on your location:

  • Cyprus: Local delivery via Cyprus Post takes 10–15 business days.

  • South Africa: Local delivery via SA Post takes 10–15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: International shipments are handled by DHL and arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on where you are in the world.

  • Please note that precise shipping costs and delivery windows will be calculated dynamically for your address at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. If you use the Shop App, you can also track your delivery on a live map with real-time push notifications sent straight to your phone.

How do I return an item?

Are return shipping costs covered?
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will happily cover the return shipping costs for you.

Will you restock sold-out items?
