Ruby & Rogue — Shipping Policy

At Ruby & Rogue, we are proud to offer shipping to our local and international communities. Because we handle orders across multiple regions, we partner with reliable local postal networks and premium international couriers to get your packages to you safely.

1. Where We Ship & Our Carriers

We divide our shipping networks into three zones to give you the most efficient local service:

  • Within Cyprus: All local orders are shipped via Cyprus Post.

  • Within South Africa: All local orders are shipped via SA Post (SAPO).

  • Rest of the World (International): All international orders outside of Cyprus and South Africa are shipped via DHL Express.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We do not charge flat-rate shipping fees. Instead, your precise shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe are calculated live at checkout. These live rates are pulled directly from our carriers based on the total weight of your package and your exact delivery address.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Please note that delivery times calculated at checkout refer to the time your package spends in transit after it leaves our hands.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Cyprus (Cyprus Post): Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

  • South Africa (SA Post): Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

  • Rest of the World (DHL Express): Delivery takes anywhere from 2–8 business days, depending on your global location and local customs clearance.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders shipped via DHL (and orders crossing regional borders):

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, local VAT, or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Ruby & Rogue has no control over these fees, and we cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. P.O. Boxes and Post Office Collection

  • Cyprus & South Africa: Because we utilize the local postal networks (Cyprus Post and SA Post) for these regions, delivery to standard street addresses or designated Post Office collection boxes is fully supported.

  • International (DHL): DHL requires a physical street address and a signature upon delivery. DHL cannot deliver to international P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address at checkout for international shipping.
